Current Open Positions


Position: Director

Hours: 20-24 per week

 

The Director of Georgetown Harmony Homes (GHH) answers to the Board of Directors and has the primary responsibility to engage the community in the mission of the organization and to provide leadership to the staff and volunteers of GHH.  The Director promotes the mission and values of GHH both within the organization (board members, staff, and families of residents) and within the community (churches, businesses, neighbors) toward the goal of building relationships that enhance the ministry of GHH.  

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

A: Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university in business, special education, or related field. Preferred: management experience; experience with the Community Mental Health System

 

B: Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years post college

2. Experience working with a Board of Directors in a non-profit setting

3. Extensive experience in all aspects of employee relationships

4. Strong understanding of all applicable licensing rules and regulations for Assisted Living Group Home

5. Demonstrate by word and actions a commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord
